  • The memberships are designed to give you access to excusive discounts and perks. You can pay monthly or annually.

    There are no lock in contracts and any payments made become credits for you to use for services in future ($1=1 credit).

    Standard credits are fully refundable if they haven’t been used.

  • All members receive an automatic 10% all services.

    We are also offering additional frequency discounts on top of the 10% discount.

    They are:

    5% off for services rebooked within 6 months, (Premium and VIP members)

    10% off for services rebooked withing 3 months, (Premium and VIP members)

    20% off for services rebooked within 6 weeks (VIP only).

  • Bonus services are extra free services you can claim in any 12 month period with your membership.

    Basic memberships can claim 1 bonus service per year, Premium 2 services and VIP 3 bonus services per year.

    They currently are:

    • Free Flyscreen Wash - up to 10 screens (valued at $50)

    • Free Gutter Inspection - video inspection of your gutters (valued at $69)

    • Free Shower Screen Clean - Standard shower screen clean (valued at $25/shower)

    • Free Kitchen Splashback clean - only for glass or similar surface (valued at $20/splashback)

    • Free Curb Appeal Housewash - washdown service for street facing facade - only one side per story. (valued at $69)

    • Garage door washdown - external garage door clean (valued at $25

    With the new memberships we will also be increasing our rates by 10%-20% and we want to make that transition as easy as possible for you. We want to thankyou for supporting us in the early stages of the business and make sure you feel you are getting the best deal possible.

  • Absolutely nothing, except it was difficult to predict busy periods and we would consistently find our most loyal customers having to wait or miss out during busy times. This helps us to plan better as the team grows.

    But it’s not about us, its about you!

    We want to make sure our clients (and now our members) are taken care of as best we can and this just helps to ensure that we can.

  • There are 3 levels:

    Basic ($55/month or $599.90/year)

    Premium ($110/month or $1199.90/year)

    VIP ($220/month or 2299.90/year)

    Each level earns you credits equivalent to the amount you have paid (plus bonus credits for annual payments)

    Each level has some different features included different discount levels, priority booking, guarantee periods and bonus services.

  • This is an exclusive thank you for being a client with us over the past few years.

    When you sign up you get the following:

    1. Avoid the waitlist. Early Access before the official launch.

    2. 12 month price lock you won’t pay anymore than your current rates for 12 months.

    3. You can choose from one of 3 extra bonuses:

      • 1 month of extra bonus credits

      • rollover the cost of your last clean into a membership, so you pay less today,

      • Be a VIP for 12 months, get all the benefits of the VIP level without the cost.

  • Would you like all the benefits included in the VIP plan but you have a smaller house and/or a lower budget? Well you don't have to miss out!

    When you choose the VIP add-on, you'll receive all the additional services and benefits of VIP status, including an annual gift.

    This add-on will be made available to purchase for +$220/year $22/month or is available as a sign on bonus!

  • VIP4LIFE is a bonus offer for an existing QC Club members. You enjoy all the VIP benefits as long as you remain a member. Basically. it’s the VIP add-on for free, for as long as you are a member.

    These benefits most closely resemble the old QC Club discounts with some extra benefits of course. These include additional discounts, priority booking, annual maintenance schedules plus an annual gift.

    No matter what level of membership you choose you will always have these benefits.

    VIP4LIFE is only available to our previous QCClub members and is not available for purchase.

  • Sign on bonuses are only available until October 1st 2025.

    After that, the membership will still be available to join but without the extra bonuses.

  • Credits are standard credits you have paid for $1 for $1. Bonus credits are earned or given to you for different things. For instance paying annually gives you bonus credits of $60-$240 credits per year.

    They can both be redeemed for services, however all standard credits will be redeemed first, then bonus credits.

    All standard credits are refundable on cancellation, bonus credits are not refundable.

  • No credits never expire!

    Even if you cancel your membership you will still be able to use your credits for services in the future if you wish.

  • Yes you can!

    It is more of a payment pause than a membership pause.

    Depending on your membership level you can pause from 3 to 12 months at a time.

    And the best bit is you can still redeem your credits during a pause!

  • If you run our of credits you can upgrade your account or you can simply pay the difference at the time of service. We can simply charge your payment details on file.

  • You can transfer your membership to a different address at no cost to you. Just as long as you move to within our service area. If you move out of the area, then we can arrange to refund you any remaining standard credits on your account.

  • No cancel anytime, all we ask is that you have a quick chat with us yo see what needs to done with any remaining credits on your account.

  • We live in a city known for its unpredictable weather. So we have a rain guarantee.

    If it rains and dirties your freshly cleaned windows within a certain time period (48hrs-7 days depending on your membership) then we’ll come back and touch up the dirty windows for you.

  • NO!

    you do not have to join.

    You can still request a service with us however understandably priority will be given to members first.

  • Simply contact us and we’ll sort out how you would like to proceed.

    Your credits never expire so you may choose to cancel your membership and still redeem them later, or you can request a refund.
